well, the rainy season has officially started. we have our first tropical storm, alberto. they don't think it's going to be a hurricane. but we are under flood watches and there are some tornado watches out there too. it's been raining since i woke up. and not light rain, really heavy rain. streets are flooding so it's difficult to drive. but i love the rain and we really need it. it's been so dry down here there have been a lot of wild fires going on so this should quench them. it's not supposed to stop raining here until wednesday.
