yup, the blueberries are in the sausage, not the pancakes. i was at Sweetbay yesterday and they had it as a sample. they were so good i had to buy some. then i thought i better get some pancakes to do with it. so i had a big breakfast this morning. the challenge was, i don't know how to cook sausage or pancakes. i always let the man in my life cook those. somehow, guys always know how to cook pancakes and sausages. so i never bothered to learn. i've been intimidated for years. but today, i went for it. i gave the lumpy pancakes to the dogs and bird. charlie bird really like the pancakes. the dogs like the sausage better.
