10 things i'd like to do everyday
in response to a journaling exercise, below is a list of 10 Things I'd Like to Do Everyday. A few came to me early but it was kind of hard to come up with the entire list because i didn't want to commit to anything - even to myself. but i did finish it after thinking for a while and i'm happy with it. i truly would like to do these things everyday, but right now i do not.
1. Morning Yoga
2. Afternoon or Evening Meditation
3. Stay Hydrated
4. Laugh
5. A Random Act of Kindness
6. Something Creative
7. Play with my Pets
8. Get Enough Rest / Sleep
9. Accomplish at least One Thing
10. Love Myself
