journaling the truth

i find this interesting as lately i have been really into journaling. and of course i blog all the time which is similar. so far, i have not even thought about lying either in my blog or in my journal. what's the point. i often omit things, but don't make things up. but i wonder how many people out there do bend the truth. it's interesting. maybe it's not quite lying since it's your own journal. maybe it's more like creative writing. and journaling anything is fine. but i keep picturing my one psycho friend from high school and how she'd sit and journal all the time because her doctors told her to. i wonder if she told the truth. i dont' think so.
