stray dogs

there are two stray dogs out in our parking lot this morning. they are so cute! i guess they have been bugging people all morning and not letting them get into the doors at work. when i saw them they were wagging their tails and stuff i feel so bad for stray dogs. stupid owners! one dog had a collar but no tags. my work is near a bunch of old trailer homes and the community is economically depressed so i often see dogs just running around the street on my way to work. i think they got in somehow and are not trapped between the fences. they must be starving! someone here has to call animal control . . . this makes me sad. i hope they find their owners and don't put them down.
