fucking china

well, once again i take issue on some of the inhumane things going on in china. it's not enough how they treat the people, now they are hurting dogs! in an attempt to combat rabies, they have come up with the ridiculous rule that each household can only have one small dog. what are the people supposed to do if they have a medium or large dog? what if they have more than one small dog already? it's an offense if they abandon their dog, so that means they need to turn it in to china's version of the dog pound for certain death. it just makes me sick.
